This folder turns the hydrogel strategy into room-ready artifacts for an investor meeting focused on technical credibility, lab development, and patent-led fundraising.

## Working assumptions already baked in

- Company position: `hydrogel application and IP platform`
- Current stage: `concept stage`, supported by existing documents, videos, and visuals, but not yet formal lab data
- Working raise: `$500k pre-seed validation round`

## Before using the package
1. Replace any placeholder contact details with your preferred email and phone number.
2. Adjust the raise amount if you want a smaller or larger validation round.
3. Rehearse the demo using the runbook and fill in real measurements before the meeting.
4. Remove any patent concepts you do not want to mention live.
